I have this buyer who has already left feedback,and is now demanding a full refund.when the iteam left my hands it was not damaged.now she is telling me it was damaged and is sending it back to me even after i told her no returns or refunds.it was sold in used condition.she wont stop emailing me what can i do to make her stop?thanks
