I sold a vehicle in which a down pmt was to be made to my paypal acct. and the bal. at time of pickup. I am trying to send an invoice every time I hit the send button, I get a red letters message saying you must put at least $0.00 shipping or higher to send invoice, but there is not a place to do that! I am really getting frustrated. Help!
