Seller Dashboard has an upgrade that allows you to create detailed reports on your DSRs. The link is in the title area of the Detailed seller ratings table within the Seller Dashboard. You will need at least 10 ratings within your criteria to produce a report. Now that it is easier to find out exactly who left DSRs, I certainly hope sellers use it to fix their mistakes rather than slamming buyers who gave them the ratings. Paul
