Just sold a set of figurines to buyer that paid with Paypal. She declined buying insurance for her items. She then gets back to me and tells me they were broken, she demanded her money back. I opened a dispute with Paypal AND the outcome was in her favor!!! I told Paypal I shouldn't have to refund her money when SHE did not purchase insurance for her items!! They told me,"WE understand how you feel, but we are trying to give Ebay buyers, "A RETAIL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE" just like if they bought something at Walmart, they can return it!!! What the crap do you call that???? Us SELLERS aren't a damn Walmart, and we sure don't make the money WALMART does either, after all the EBAY
