I've done some research for obtaining a resale certificate to buy wholesale. A company I'm interested in buying wholesale from requires getting the resale certificate and tax id number. I found the form for my state, if i plan on running a home-based business from ebay do i still qualify for a resale certificate? In the form it asks for an address, would i just give them my home address or do i have to have an actual "real" business to get one? Or would they need an web address to reference to??
