I am sure this has been brought up before but I cannot find it. Sorry. I want to hire 2 people to help me list. They will be doing it part time from home. Is it best to pay them so much per item and if so how much? Or by the hour. Since they will be working from home and listing between watching the kids and other household things it may be hard for them to keep track of the hours. Or is there another way to figure how much to pay? Thank you all very much in advance for your help.
