Hi, a buyer used buy it now to purchase one of my items. However, now they've messaged me back saying due to unforseen difficulties they're unable to pay for the item and would like to back out of the purchase. My question is should I report unpaid item or just request for the money to relist the item? If something is actually wrong and they're not just having second thoughts then I'd feel bad getting them in trouble with an unpaid item claim. Any opinions no this matter?
