I emailed PayPal and will get a reply in a couple of days. I wanted to know if any of you had experienced this before. I clicked on Debit Card on the footer on the PayPal site. At the bottom of that page it says Card Management then it says closed. The reason is Lost Card or Expired Card. So where can I apply again? The help pages says I cannot re open my paypal debit card account but that I can apply for a new one. Where though?
