Customer service???

I bought some cables, etc from a "power seller" without reading their feedback because it said 98.2%. It should be more like 90% which would have alerted me to check and I would not have bought them. The the sellers check out would not not let me pay because I live in Alaska. Not one word about not shipping to Alasak in the listing. Auto responses to emails, many emails. Now they have filed unpaid auction crap on my account even though they said they were cancelling the sales. I have twice complained to ebay, no response. I am not new, have over 1000 transactions, this is BS!
