I've been in sales for 25 years, selling software, mortgages, etc. The old adage of 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 rings in my mind. That is 1/3 will buy, 1/3 will do nothing and 1/3 will go to a competitor. Has anyone ever worked the percentages on E-Bay?
