What's so special about Janie and Jack clothes?

Janie and Jackis a higher end store from the same gepany that brings you Gymboree. To the mother of ayoung boy, I've had the toughest times finding clothes for him. I've found this store to be the best. Their designs are classic in style and very age appropriate. The Janie and Jack retail stores are not very plentiful. They are located in more upscale malls and shopping centers. There is where the world of online retail gees in.....Janie and Jack present high quality and classic style clothing for ages newborn to size 8. Their clothing is so wonderful, it has been photographed on celebrity's children. If you didn't see the press releases on Suri Cruise's clothing a while back, she is wearing a Janie and Jack outfit in several of the photos! Just search Google for Suri Cruise and Janie Jack, you will easily find blogs with photos! Getting back to Janie and Jack...their clothing is released in a style line. Each line is given a name. For instance, one of my favorites was the 2009 line, World Traveler. Such a cute line with a monkey theme. Each line will include several shirts, pants/shorts, socks, hats, belts, and more. The line will have a color and a theme. The pieces are interchangeable and will mix and match wonderfully. Such fun for a mother of a little boy! No longer is all the fun given to moms of little girls! How to justify their higher pricing? I find the clothes are cut more generously than other retail brands. My son wearshis clothing for 2 years versus 1 year with other brands. Most items are made with 100% cotton. If other fibers are used, it usually high quality. Fibers like wool, cashmere, etc. Rarely will I see polyester or acrylic be used in their fabrics. The cotton is a heavier gauge gepared to ones I find with other brands. For mothers of little girls, this may be a concern as I have seen other brands where the fabric is so thin; you see right through the shirts! Also, Janie and Jackdesigns are embroidered or appliqued, not silk screened or glued. By having them applied in this manner, the designs will resist signs of wear much longer. The colors do not discolor or fade quicky. My son has worn their swim trunks (in chlorinated pools) for 2 summers and the color is still vibrant! The designs are classic and age appropriate for the child wearing them. I prefer to dress my son in clothes where the focal point is not someone's store logo or brand. Also, the clothing with TV show characters or scary looking creatures get tiresome to look at. With all of these advantages, I find Janie and Jack clothing deserving of the prices they charge. If you haven't discovered this gepany yet, I highly regemend you buy one of their items. Find out for yourself how wonderful Janie and Jackis!
