Is it a good idea to have a business phone? I don't have one right now. I coduct all business via email. But I am always interested in improving-growing larger and more profitable-more professional and successful. Some websites encourage 800 numbers to small business to make them look BIGGER and more professional...... That sounds good...... But do I have the time to sit by a phone? What if the buyers who are sending me gifts want to just talk? On the other hand-maybe a phone would do something for me that email cannot?
